Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Head of Data &
Decision Science (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Enhance AI Operations by utilizing generative AI for streamlined
processes and tools
Lead R&D efforts to create reusable code components and
establish best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new
AI-driven products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Science; Master's or PhD
preferred
10+ years of experience in Data Science, with 5+ years in
R&D
3+ years of experience mentoring or managing junior data
scientists
Mastery of data mining, model building, algorithms, and statistical
techniques
Proficiency in Python and generative AI technologies preferred
