Services.
Key Responsibilities
Set strategic direction for Business Units to align with corporate
vision and objectives
Oversee integration and collaboration of Business Units to create
synergies and efficiencies
Establish performance targets and monitor KPIs for operational and
financial excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA
or advanced degree preferred
13 years of relevant experience within field services or a
technology company
Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing large
teams
Experience driving cross-functional collaboration at the executive
level
