A company is looking for a Manager II, Machine Learning
Engineering - Search Ranking & Blending.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the search ranking and blending area, focusing on
engagement and personalization for the search product
Manage and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers, fostering
their professional growth
Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to
enhance the search experience and provide visibility to senior
leadership
Required Qualifications
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or
related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in managing large-scale production systems using
advanced machine learning and big data technologies
Strong background in applied machine learning, with familiarity in
recommendation systems preferred
Minimum of 2 years managing a high-performing machine learning
engineering team of 8+ members
8+ years of experience in software development with a track record
of delivering impactful solutions
