Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to
enhance customer experience with their products.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical advocate for customers throughout the
post-sales lifecycle
Lead technical onboarding and training for new customers to ensure
successful implementation
Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and
address customer feedback
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation
engineering, or related roles
Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts including
networking, virtualization, and security
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and firewall
configuration
Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS
and/or Azure
Ability to document technical architectures and workflows
effectively
