Key Responsibilities
Define metrics and frameworks to evaluate customer performance
throughout the customer lifecycle
Create toolkits and training for Customer Success Managers to
improve performance
Lead and support strategic initiatives and projects to enhance
operational performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry
Experience managing complex projects and working with large data
sets
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or
Tableau
Experience interacting with executive leadership teams
