Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Experience management
team
Design and execute customer experience strategies to improve
satisfaction and reduce churn
Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to enhance team
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer
Experience, or related field
5-10 years of experience in customer experience or related
roles
Minimum 3 years in a people leadership role, preferably leading
other managers
Demonstrated success in building and growing customer experience
teams
