Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, SOX Business Process.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project management of SOX 404 testing, including timelines
and budgets
Evaluate internal controls design and operating effectiveness while
documenting processes
Serve as the main contact for external auditors and manage SOX
project timelines and resources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology discipline
5+ years of experience in SOX testing, preferably in the Fintech or
Software industry
Big 4 background with a strong understanding of GAAP, COSO
framework, and PCAOB requirements
Experience managing SOX 404 testing within defined budgets and
timelines
Certification(s) such as CIA, CPA, or CA is required; CFE is
optional
