Key Responsibilities
Lead, architect, and execute LLM-powered features across
products
Support and mentor a team of product and machine learning
engineers
Experiment with and integrate the latest ML and AI models for
specific use cases
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in building and leading software
products
Hands-on experience with LLMs and a strong curiosity about the
technology
Track record of coaching and mentoring software engineers
Experience in solving ambiguous problems and owning complex
technical initiatives
Ability to work in a startup environment with quick product
validation cycles
