A company is looking for an Engineering Lead - Mobile.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the technical direction of the program and articulate
delivery requirements to team members
Provide coaching and development to engineering team members and
create a culture of learning
Lead team processes, mentor engineers, and collaborate with
stakeholders on technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience
Minimum of 5 years of native mobile development experience
2+ years of experience in Typescript and React Native
Experience with Ruby on Rails
2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
