Job Description:
A company is looking for a Founding Engineer (Support) to build
an AI-driven support function.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage AI-driven support workflows to handle
support volume efficiently
Directly resolve complex user issues related to APIs, scrapers, and
data pipelines
Create scalable triage systems and documentation for users and AI
agents
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of professional software development
experience
Strong foundation in engineering and debugging production
issues
Experience with AI tools and a focus on automation
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Self-starter with experience in building processes in ambiguous
environments
