Identity and Access EngineerAs our Identity and Access Engineer, you will be a valuable part of the Identity Management team, dedicated to automating provisioning while maintaining security and overall efficiency of our Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solution. We have a big year ahead for 2025 as we continue to modernize our Identity Management processes and automate provisioning with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).What You'll Do

• Drive the implementation of Saviynt EIC initiatives daily.
• Learn current processes, procedures, and supported systems to assist with automation of provisioning.
• Lead efforts related to IGA initiatives, collaborating with the Identity team, other business units, and IT departments.
• Design, configure, and implement Saviynt EIC solutions to support identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning processes.
• Guide junior team members and provide technical direction within projects or initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units and stakeholders, to gather requirements, perform data mapping, and align identity management strategies with business needs.
• Participate in standup meetings, complete projects or stories during sprints, and meet deployment deadlines.
• Work with other IT teams, business units, and vendors to drive automation within our IGA platform.What You'll Need
  • At least 3 years of experience in Identity Management and related tools such as Saviynt EIC or SailPoint.
  • Experience with SQL and PowerShell preferred.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON.
