Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Fullstack Ruby Engineer to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, ship, and own end-to-end features using Ruby on the backend
and Next.js on the frontend
Design and implement APIs, data models, background jobs, and UIs
with a focus on performance and usability
Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape the
product roadmap and deliver high-quality user experiences
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in full stack engineering roles
Deep knowledge of Ruby (Rails or similar frameworks)
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including writing queries, designing
schemas, and optimizing performance
Frontend experience using Next.js, React, or a similar
component-based JavaScript framework
Comfortable working in a startup environment and able to work
autonomously
