Certifications: AART, BLS, Fluoro Must-Have: Call required - 1-2
days per week and rotating weekends First-timers accepted Locals
accepted Description: Call would be expected 1-2 days per week and
rotating weekends. Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
First-timers are accepted for this position. Candidates must hold
the necessary certifications including AART, BLS, Fluoro, and a
valid State License. No pending licenses will be accepted. Must
disclose any license/background hits prior to submission.
Candidates are expected to float between all facilities within the
state. The client may provide communication devices needed to
perform duties at no cost to the provider. If the client does not
provide required mobile devices, the client agrees to compensate
the agency for work-related cell phone use. Providers will be
responsible for submitting the monthly cell phone bill directly to
the agency. The requirements include working 3 of the 5 major
holidays. Two supervisory references covering one year within the
last three years are required during the compliance process and
prior to the start.
