Job Description Job Description Looking for a Maintenance Career- We Want You We are seeking employees with experience in the maintenance field who are interested in joining the property management world. While working with us, there’s no on-call business plus we can get you working on your side of town. Job Responsibilities : · Make Ready/Turning apartments · Repair and maintaining the grounds · Plumbing · Electrical · Drywall repairs · Painting · Appliance repair · Preventative maintenance Job Requirements : · 3-6 months maintenance experience or related, Property management experience a plus · General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance · HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a plus · Own set of tools is a plus *Note: All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
