Receptionist Newport Beach, CA (Onsite) 06/24/2025 - 10/24/2025 (Potential for conversion) Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM As a client Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to a department or office, including: Greeting visitors Answering and redirecting calls Setting up meeting rooms Handling conference services Supporting other office-related duties Responsibilities Conference services Greeting guests Answering telephone & directing calls (Not heavy phone usage, mostly redirecting) Booking conference rooms (using client's system) Setting up meetings Beverage service & catering setup Parking validations Backup support for mail room Must-Have Skills Experience in an office setting A few years of receptionist experience Strong attention to detail White glove service mindset Multitasking and staying calm under pressure Nice-to-Have Skills Mail room experience Education High School Diploma required Software Skills Ability to learn conference booking system Proficiency in handling email communication Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
