families? The Director of Health Services (Patient Care Services)
is a nurse and the senior clinical leader responsible for
overseeing all aspects of patient care delivery in a private pay
home health environment. This role ensures high clinical standards,
patient safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service
while supporting growth (development and sales responsibilities are
a crucial part of the position), caregiver/nurse/rehabilitation
specialist development, and strong relationships with clients and
families. Requirements Private Pay Home Health Care Experience
Required Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse license
Friendly, fun Demeanor Strong Technology Skills Proof of a negative
TB result Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
Active California Driver's license and car insurance Cell phone
